Eversheds Sutherland advises LGC Group

Lipomed is a leading manufacturer and supplier of analytical reference standards with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for testing and ISO 17034 accreditation for production of reference materials. The Reference Standards Business is currently carried via manufacturing operations in Switzerland and a sales and distribution base in Cambridge, MA, USA.

LGC acquired the Reference Standards Business from Lipomed, adding to its portfolio a wide range of innovative products marketed and distributed in more than 50 countries around the world.
