The financing arrangement was carried out once the transaction between SigmaRoc plc and Rettig Group Oy Ab concerning all the shares of Nordkalk Oy Ab had been completed. SigmaRoc plc, is an AIM, London Stock Exchange's market for growth companies, quoted company that invests, improves, integrates and innovates companies within the quarried materials space in Europe. Nordkalk Oy Ab is a leading provider of limestone-based products and applications in Northern Europe.
