If you work in the Technology & Digital sector, you’re used to things moving at tremendous speed.
Our Technology & Digital sector advises the companies shaping today’s digital economy, from high-growth technology businesses and global platforms to the infrastructure and connectivity that power them. We focus on the technology, digital content, and digital infrastructure that underpin modern business, supporting technology companies, digital platforms, and social media businesses, alongside the investors and operators behind data centers, cloud, connectivity, and other critical infrastructure.
We work closely with you to navigate an increasingly complex landscape. The challenges you face, from intellectual property and data privacy to real estate, tax, M&A, and regulation, are rarely isolated. They span jurisdictions and disciplines, and we bring a global perspective and joined-up approach to help you respond with clarity and confidence.
As technology becomes inseparable from infrastructure, data, and regulation, our sector sits at the center of complex, high-value decisions. We support clients across the full digital lifecycle, from transactions and strategic growth to regulation, risk, and disputes.
Our team includes more than 150 dedicated Technology & Digital lawyers across 35 countries, offering deep industry insight and an understanding of how the market is evolving. We support organizations at every stage, from emerging businesses to global leaders, as well as investors, management teams, and lenders.
This reflects where client demand, investment, and regulatory scrutiny are accelerating, and where businesses need commercially grounded, forward-looking legal advice to make informed decisions with confidence.
