Eversheds Sutherland advises Azurity Pharmaceuticals on Exclusive Licensing Agreement to Commercialize WIDAPLIK™ Tablets in the US

Through this agreement, Azurity gains US license to exclusively commercialize WIDAPLIK, supplied by George Medicines, in the US in return for milestone and royalty payments. Azurity’s commercialization of WIDAPLIK is expected to commence in Q4 2025.
