Eversheds Sutherland has advised EQT on its acquisition of two state of the art logistics assets in the Stuttgart region, marking a further expansion of EQT’s footprint in key, supply constrained German logistics markets.
The transaction comprises two fully let, DGNB Gold certified big box warehouses totalling more than 49,000 sqm. Located in Epfendorf and Geislingen an der Steige, the properties offer modern specifications, strong occupier demand fundamentals, and strategic positioning within one of Southern Germany’s most competitive logistics corridors.
Demonstrating the strength of our European transactional practice, this acquisition underscores Eversheds Sutherland’s capability in advising international investors on complex portfolio transactions within real estate investment management. Our teams work across jurisdictions to provide coordinated, commercially focused guidance, supporting clients as they deploy capital into competitive and fast growing markets.
The Eversheds Sutherland team advising EQT was led by Holger Holle and Kathrin Paulet and consisted of Sophia Münzel, Hizir Aydogdu, Xenia Schweizer, Sonja Popp (all Munich and Düsseldorf) and Katherine Martineau (Luxembourg).
