At the beginning of 2020, few could have predicted the devastating impact COVID-19 would have on the world.

In terms of the M&A market, 2020 was very much a year of two halves with many regions seeing a resurgence of activity in the latter stages of the year.

As we move into the new year, we have gathered a team of our M&A practitioners from across the globe to discuss the M&A market in 2020, the continuing impact of COVID-19 and the trends we are predicting for 2021.
