Nathalie Kaufmann advises clients in the areas of national and international litigation, real estate law and commercial contracts.
Her litigation practice focuses on disputes involving commercial liability and insurance-related issues. As a member of the real estate team, she advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, regularly assists clients with drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, and provides legal support on construction and development projects.
Nathalie joined Eversheds Sutherland in August 2021 as a trainee lawyer. After completing her internship, she returned to Eversheds Sutherland in November 2023 as an associate. Previously, she gained valuable experience at the District Court of Emmental-Oberaargau. During her Master's degree, she worked in the legal department of an insurance company.

Nathalie holds a Master of Law from the University of Bern (MLaw, 2021) and a Bachelor’s in international relations from the Graduate Institute of the University of Geneva (BARI, 2018). She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2024.
