Konexo US new Head of Legal Resourcing Lisa Carlin

In her role, she will oversee recruiting for all contract attorneys and paralegals supporting client projects and secondments for Konexo US – the alternative legal service provider (ALSP) division the firm launched in 2020.

“We are coming up on the first anniversary of Konexo US, and the tremendous demand for our services and rapid growth over the last year shows that we tapped into a timely need in the market, especially with interim resourcing,” said Carmen L. Brun, Head of Konexo US. “Lisa’s extensive recruiting and project management experience will help us grow and expand our service offerings even further, and we are excited to welcome her to Konexo.”

With more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Ms. Carlin joins Konexo US from Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where she was a senior managing and staffing consultant overseeing a variety of recruiting and staffing projects. Prior to this, she worked at the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, through USIS/LABAT, as a project manager supervising on-site teams of professionals providing litigation support services for criminal antitrust matters resulting from joint agency investigations. Early on in her legal career, Ms. Carlin worked as a litigation attorney for a law firm and later as a contract attorney for several law firms, on a range of matters, including products liability and securities fraud.
