- Represented a leading Chinese energy company on the acquisition of three renewable energy projects in Brazil with a combined capacity of 540MW.
- Represented a major Chinese state-owned enterprise in its acquisition of a portfolio of wind assets in Brazil, marking one of the largest renewable transactions in Latin America.
- Acted for a global energy investor in its successful auction bid for a large-scale wind energy company in Brazil, valued at approximately US $1 billion.
- Represented an international energy corporation in its acquisition of four wind power plants in Brazil from a UK-listed company.
- Advised a Mexican beverage manufacturing and distribution company on US acquisitions as well as related corporate, intellectual property and litigation work.
- Represented a Spanish-based private equity company in the acquisition of a Mexico-based manufacturing company.

- Represented a consortium of lenders in the financing of the development, construction, and operation of a desalination plant and water supply system to be located in Northern Chile (awarded multiple “Deal of the Year” awards, including from IJGlobal and Project Finance International).
- Represented lenders in the $2.25 billion financing of the Peru LNG project (recognized as a “Deal of the Year” by various industry publications).
- Advised a renewable energy company on the issuance of the first certified green bond in the UK for solar projects in Brazil and Colombia.

- Represented four consultants for a logistics provider and international marketer of crude oil embroiled in a complex DOJ investigation into bribery, money laundering, sanctions violations, and tax fraud in Ecuador.
