Our recent experience in the global real estate sector includes advising:

  • a German institutional fund on the acquisition of 3 multi-let office investments in Dublin for over €135m, each let to corporate occupiers
  • an airport authority in Dublin the acquisition of six aircraft hangars, and the subsequent leasing and licensing of the hangars to aircraft operators
  • an Irish subsidiary of a public company listed on the Israeli stock exchange in relation to its proposed disposal of an Irish subsidiary with certain wind farm assets in Ireland
  • on the largest corporate lease deal in Ireland’s history to a leading US customer relationship management (CRM) company, reported as Ireland’s first €1bn lease deal
  • a large software manufacturer on their corporate office portfolio across Ireland
