One of the world’s largest Disputes practices, we have successfully steered clients through some of the most complex and high-value lawsuits, investigations and arbitrations, and we can utilize that experience to help you reach a successful outcome.
Our lawyers have dedicated experience across different business sectors - we know that deep industry knowledge is vital, and we will provide you with a legal team that truly understands your sector and priorities. We represent clients in disputes across a wide range of sectors, but particularly in financial services and insurance, energy, TMT, consumer and retail, infrastructure, and construction and manufacturing.
Our litigation lawyers are supported by a market-leading Litigation Technology, Project Management and Data Analysis team which helps drive efficiency and achieve better results for you. This dedicated in-house team allows our litigators to focus on handling more strategic and complex issues. In 2021, we won Legal Week’s Tech-Enabled Litigation Department of the Year.
We are also at the forefront of the complex and increasingly important world of Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs) and third-party litigation funding. We are happy to explore AFAs or third-party funding options to ensure your needs are best met.
