Our lawyers are experienced in all aspects of employment law. Our recent experience includes:
- successfully defending a multinational technology company against multiple claims of race discrimination taken by a group of disgruntled employees/candidates
- securing an injunction against a former employee on behalf of a multinational insurance broker to prevent breaches of his contractual post-termination restrictions
- advising a multinational fintech company on large scale collective redundancies arising from the restructuring of its Irish operations and transfer of jobs to overseas locations. This was the culmination of many months of work with Legal, HR, Communications and Public Relations across Ireland, the US and Asia
- advising a multinational insurance broker on a number of highly contentious employee exists, including successfully securing an injunction against a former employee to prevent breaches of his contractual post-termination restrictions
- conducting a comprehensive review of the employment status of contractors on behalf of the national broadcaster. The project is one of the most significant reviews of contractor status in Ireland
